Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Store Supervisor
to oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, tools, and equipment used in mechanical fabrication. The role requires strict adherence to inventory control, proper storage procedures, and coordination with production teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all store operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using
    ERP/software systems
    .
  • Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and safe storage of mechanical parts, tools, and consumables.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain optimum stock levels.
  • Monitor shelf life, handling, and preservation of sensitive materials.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Enforce safety procedures and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Supervise store staff and allocate tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • DAE/B.Tech (Hons) in Mechanical, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in store/inventory management within mechanical fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
  • Knowledge of material specifications, fabrication components, and storage requirements.
  • Familiarity with ERP inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
