About the Role

As a Senior Cutting Manager, you will oversee the entire cutting department, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of skilled cutters, maintain equipment, and monitor production schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of cutting staff and supervision of daily operations
  • Maintenance and calibration of cutting machines
  • Monitoring and control of fabric utilization and waste reduction
  • Daily review of production schedules and quality standards
  • Collaboration with other departments for smooth workflow and timely delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing cutting operations and supervising teams
  • Knowledge of textile machinery and production planning principles
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and industry standards
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
