Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via Intercom chat, analyzing issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze complex issues, review logs, query databases, and escalate when needed.
  • Product Quality Assurance: Run pre-release checks to ensure product stability.
  • Knowledge Development: Create and maintain knowledge base articles, videos, and internal documentation.
  • Process Optimization: Design workflows, tools, and best practices for support.
  • Team Enablement: Train Customer Success Managers on product features and common issues.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical product support in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with support tools like Intercom or Zendesk.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proactive and organized with a passion for solving customer problems.
