Sales Manager Role

A successful Sales Manager with expertise in IT solutions sales and networking infrastructure is required. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building long-term client relationships, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including education, defense, government, and enterprise.
  3. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closure and post-sale activities.
  4. Foster strong partnerships with clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  5. Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to team discussions on market trends and competitor analysis.
  6. Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market developments and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or IT.
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT solutions sales, preferably in system integration, networking, and security solutions.
  • Prior experience working in a telecom company or a similar industry is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco and/or Huawei technologies is required.
  • Established relationships with customers in the education, defense, government, and enterprise sectors are desired.
  • Excellent consultative selling and strategic account management skills.
