Sales Strategy Executive

Diners, a newly established Fast-Moving Consumer Goods company in the Karachi market, is seeking a Sales Strategy Executive to develop general trade and key accounts. This role involves meeting and exceeding sales targets, creating business from new and existing customers, and negotiating with key accounts.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, and implementing effective sales tactics to meet and exceed sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and business development, focusing on General Trade in the food and drinks industry. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with the last 2 years in a supervisory position, is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential.
