The Fit Day Club is a leader in the industry, and we are seeking a talented Growth Strategy Sales Executive to join our team. As a member of our corporate sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and exceptional relationship-building skills.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in field sales, team leadership, and software solution selling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Field Sales: Oversee and manage field sales operations to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Software Sales: Develop and execute strategies to effectively sell software solutions.
* Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to capture and grow market share.
* Strategic Planning: Design and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.
* Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements:
* At least 5 years of proven experience in field sales, corporate sales, and software solution selling.
* Strong understanding of market sales dynamics.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales with a focus on software solutions.
* Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.

Note: Candidates with BPO experience will not be considered for this position.
