Area Sales Manager - FMCG Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market share, and building strong relationships with distributors and customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their targets and exceed expectations.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, informing sales strategies and tactics.
  5. Category Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute channel category plans that drive sales growth and market share expansion.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distributors, customers, and colleagues.
