About the Role

The SMB Account Manager is a key position responsible for driving customer success and growth through effective account management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a strong understanding of SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive platform utilization and achieve desired outcomes with clients.
  • Communicate value through product adoption calls, dashboard training, and escalation management.
  • Maintain client health and experience by ensuring smooth retention and identifying growth opportunities aligned with client goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to solve client escalations and resolve issues.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients, identifying beta and referenceable clients.
  • Apply rigorous execution, documentation, and attention to detail in all activities.
  • Cultivate critical thinking skills to problem-solve and consult clients on achieving goals.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages (written and verbal).
  • At least 3 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Customer Success or Account Management experience.
  • Able to manage a book of business of 90+ large business accounts proactively and independently.
  • Proven track record of successfully getting the BOB through renewals and mitigating churn.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and adaptability.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS applications.
  • Logistics experience is beneficial.
