Job DescriptionYour role is to manage relationships with clients, onboard and train users, drive retention and upsell opportunities, provide proactive support, and deliver data-driven insights to improve customer engagement and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience: 1+ years in customer success, account management, or client support roles.
- Industry Experience: SaaS, Tech, E-commerce, Marketing, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or other B2B-focused industries.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), customer engagement tools, and ticketing systems.
- Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
