We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to lead our purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and the ability to negotiate well, ensuring that all purchases comply with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff and oversee all activities of the purchasing department.
  • Develop plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Enforce procurement policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and approve products and services to be purchased.
  • Manage inventories and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain supplier information and negotiate contracts.
  • Evaluate prospective suppliers.
  • Prepare budgets and reports.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be between 25 and 35 years old.
  • High school/Graduate degree is required.
  • Degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
