Key Account Support Specialist

Restaurant owners face numerous challenges in managing their business effectively. Long working hours, multiple CRMs and dashboards to manage, and a lack of technical expertise are just a few issues they encounter.

To alleviate these concerns, front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-the-house (BOH) software, online ordering and marketing tools can greatly benefit restaurant owners. However, the complexity of running these tools often necessitates assistance from customer support teams.

Our goal is to enhance user experience by addressing customer queries/complaints promptly through our night shifts approach. This strategy aims to drastically reduce turnaround time and provide top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Establishing effective communication channels between restaurants and internal teams to address customer inquiries in a timely manner and resolve any arising issues.
  • Documenting complex problems with thorough understanding of root causes and implications.
  • Investigating critical issues with customers where applicable.
  • Providing critical operational assistance to restaurants using our AIO Platform during high-pressure situations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional soft skills, including:

  • Excellent command of formal English language.
  • Possess people skills to establish strong relationships with restaurant owners.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Note: Prior experience is not necessary; however, proficiency in English and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

The ideal candidate should also have some basic knowledge of the following technical aspects:

  • Previous support role experience in the US market is preferred.
  • Basic data analytics understanding.
  • Reporting and documentation skills.

While prior marketing knowledge is not required, it is preferred if you have any experience in this field.

Required experience level: 1-2 years of professional experience
