Job Overview
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using Go, , or Python.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using industry-standard programming languages.
  • Architect and optimize RESTful & GraphQL APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications.
  • Lead the development of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Work on security-focused products, implementing robust security measures to protect user data.
  • Optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) and implement efficient data pipelines to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Deploy and manage services using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability, performance, and security.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backend performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability challenges.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of backend development experience with Go, , or Python, and familiarity with security-focused systems.
  • Proven track record in designing and scaling secure, high-performance backend services.
  • Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Expertise in RESTful/GraphQL API design, optimization, and integration with frontend applications.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for deployment and scaling.
  • Ability to debug complex backend issues, optimize latency/throughput, and mitigate security risks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
