Job Title:

Digital Engagement Manager - We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Engagement Manager to lead our digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to spearhead comprehensive digital marketing initiatives, drive cross-channel campaigns, optimize digital media investments, and measure the impact of digital efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including websites, social media, and customer portals.
  • Manage affiliate/cluster digital activities to achieve coherence, investment efficiency, and cross-portfolio synergies.
  • Ensure tracking of all e-activities and continuous feedback loop updates.

Campaign Management and Customer Engagement:

  • Direct the delivery of cross-channel digital and customer engagement solutions using available tools and solutions.
  • Evaluate timely delivery of integrated customer engagement implementation, ensuring content messaging aligns with sales strategies, market opportunities, and industry regulations.
  • Establish recommendations to enhance digital marketing infrastructure and capabilities to amplify customer engagement and brand activation.

Digital Media Planning and Measurement:

  • Partner with media agencies to ensure optimal digital media mix across channels. Identify efficiencies in marketing spending and new opportunities to accelerate brand growth.
  • Establish KPIs, reporting mechanisms, ROI calculation, and success determinants for digital activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, plus additional certification in Digital marketing advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing for FMCG/consumer health.
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends, SEO, SEM strategy, and keyword research.
  • Social media savvy with passion for staying on top of trends and strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • Thorough knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices, analyzing consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Analytical mind with passion for measuring data and understanding of website analytics tools.
