Job Title:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the company's human resources strategy to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources Planning & Staffing:
    • Create a proactive staffing plan aligned with strategic goals.
    • Develop and implement an effective recruitment policy.
    • Support managers in identifying and recruiting top talent.
  • Employee Evaluation, Capacity Development, and Training:
    • Promote a culture of employee development and growth.
    • Administer evaluation of all learning activities.
    • Prepare training budgets and monitor costs against plans.
  • Organization Development:
    • Ensure efficient design and delivery of HR policies.
    • Coordinate HR services, policies, and programs.
    • Assist managers with HR-related issues.
    • Rfine organizational structure to align with market requirements.
    • Develop and implement HR software systems.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement a performance management system.
    • Define key result areas and balance scorecards.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Design compensation plans and related SOPs.
    • Provide administration for employee benefits.
    • Analyze industry-standard compensation and benefit plans.
    • Suggest facilities to enhance productivity.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Collaborate with managers on HR activities.
    • Protect employees' and company's interests.
    • Champion employee needs and improve retention.
    • Mentor leaders to manage performance and teams.
  • HR Administration:
    • Apply administrative principles and practices.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies.
    • Direct budget preparation and monitoring.
    • Manage government matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven generalist experience at strategic and operational levels.
  • Fully conversant with employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience in employment policies and procedures.
  • Senior-level recruitment interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Autonomy and flexibility in work.
  • Influencing, coaching, and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Report presentation to management level.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, email, and Internet.
  • Co-operative team player.
  • Age: 35-38 years.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience (including 4 to 6 years in a leadership managerial role).

Salary: Market competitive salary in six digits.
