Business Development Executive Role

  • We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in Karachi.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of relationships, achieving KPIs and targets, and identifying higher value opportunities for follow-up.

This role involves supporting BDMs in following up on partner meetings, coordinating with relevant teams as needed, handling incoming queries and leads, assigning them to BDMs or progressing them appropriately, assisting in preparing proposals and pitches, and delivering sales presentations when required.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage a portfolio of straightforward and/or lower value relationships, achieving KPIs and targets, and identifying higher value opportunities for follow-up.
  2. Support BDMs in following up on partner meetings, coordinating with relevant teams as needed.
  3. Handle incoming queries and leads, assigning them to BDMs or progressing them appropriately.
  4. Assist in preparing proposals and pitches, and delivering sales presentations when required.
  5. Provide excellent customer service as a point of contact for partners.
  6. Guide partners on ACCA processes and products, including accreditation, in collaboration with relevant teams.
  7. Represent the organization at industry and sector events as needed.
  8. Coordinate and manage face-to-face events, leveraging global content to meet market objectives.
  9. Research employers, competitors, and the wider market to support BDMs.
  10. Monitor CRM activity, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date records.
  11. Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
  12. Complete administrative procedures such as purchase requisitions.
  13. Support broader team initiatives and contribute to the improvement of local procedures and systems.
