About the Role:

This is a high-impact position at the core of our growth engine. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft full-funnel acquisition strategies.

We're seeking a skilled Performance Marketer to drive scalable, profitable customer acquisition through paid and performance-based marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

We're looking for someone who can launch and scale high-converting campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, Native, Email, SMS, and Affiliate sources.

  1. Campaign Development: Develop and execute campaign strategies to achieve measurable results like leads, conversions, and ROAS.
  2. Lead Generation: Drive leads in various verticals such as Health, Debt, and Home Services.
  3. Paid Advertising: Manage paid campaigns across multiple ad sources while optimizing for performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, EPC, CTR.
  4. Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure TCPA compliance and lead quality checks are handled effectively.
  5. Creative Collaboration: Work directly with in-house creatives and funnel builders to optimize campaign performance.
