As a Performance Marketer, your mission is to drive scalable, profitable customer acquisition through paid and performance-based marketing channels. You will strategize, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, native, email, co-reg, sweepstakes, etc.) with a relentless focus on measurable results such as leads, conversions, and ROAS.

This is a high-impact role that sits at the core of our growth engine. You'll work closely with design, dev, analytics, and product teams to craft full-funnel acquisition strategies — from creative and targeting to funnel optimization and tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Launching and scaling high-converting co-reg and sweeps campaigns
  • Driving leads in verticals like ACA, Final Expense, Medicare, Health, Debt, and Home Services
  • Managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Native, Email, SMS, and Affiliate sources
  • Optimizing for performance: CPA, ROAS, EPC, CTR — you know the drill
  • Running a tight ship with TCPA compliance and lead quality checks
  • Working directly with our in-house creatives and funnel builders
