Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to spearhead business growth in a dynamic market. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and the ability to build meaningful client relationships while driving revenue and growth targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve optimal results.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet and exceed expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and organizational goals.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in retail sales, ideally within industries such as paint, FMCG, construction, or lubricants.
- Strong negotiation abilities to close deals and achieve favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to build trust and foster strong professional relationships.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
