
Sales and Business Development Manager

At Maffick (Pvt.) Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sales and business development, who can drive growth and expansion in the territory.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while acquiring new customers.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND DISTRIBUTORS.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food production industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
