You will have autonomy to shape community experiences while feeding back insights to guide global strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow and nurture a strong local community around KAST.
  • Organize high-quality events that bring together Web3, fintech, and ecosystem players.
  • Be the trusted connector, introducing founders, VCs, and partners to each other and to KAST.
  • Provide on-the-ground feedback on trends, sentiment, and opportunities in your market.
  • Act as the face of KAST at local industry events and gatherings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in community building, event hosting, or ecosystem engagement.
  • Deep connections within the local crypto, fintech, or tech community.
  • Natural hosting and connecting abilities.
  • Ability to pull together great experiences without needing massive resources.
  • Strong interest in stablecoins, digital dollars, and the future of money.
