Key Role: Customer Service Advocate

Essential Responsibilities

  • Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions according to company policy.
  • Conduct audits and generate internal reports to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in customer service and/or compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
