Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the direction for the ML Platform team by setting clear objectives and priorities.
  • Define and execute ML Platform initiatives to meet business goals.
  • Establish a foundation of reusable software components and infrastructure to support scalable feature development.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the team and create deployment pipelines from code to production.
  • Build robust automated testing and validation infrastructure for fast and reliable system performance.
  • Coach junior engineers to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Experience in improving ML infrastructure with multiple stakeholders in a large organization.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services and technologies.
  • Experience with Kubeflow pipeline development and management.
  • Nice to have exposure with infrastructure as code and configuration management such as Terraform, CloudFormation.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience in Python or similar programming language.
