We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global SaaS sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires an experienced leader with a proven track record in driving growth through innovative strategies and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to expand our global presence and drive revenue growth.
- Manage cross-functional teams to launch and manage products internationally, leveraging deep understanding of global markets and customer needs.
- Utilize strong sales acumen to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals effectively.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media engagement.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth through data-driven insights.
- Articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Lead and motivate high-performing teams, with a proven ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SaaS sales and marketing.
- Proven track record in driving growth and expanding global presence.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
