Personal Assistant - Director Level

This is an opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional administrative support to a senior executive. The role involves managing complex projects, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the Director's readiness for high-level meetings and engagements.

Key Tasks
  • Manage multiple projects related to diverse lines of business, community, and personal interests, as assigned by the Director.
  • Coordinate the Director's calendar, travel, meetings, and schedules, as well as those of business partners.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the Director's preparedness for meetings, presentations, or other engagements.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including:
    • Managing phone calls and messages.
    • Maintaining personal and business files and records.
    • Corporate record keeping for multiple entities.
    • Note taking and creating documents.
    • Filing, storage, and retrieval of business activities.
  • Handle confidential financial and accounting matters for the chairman.
  • Prepare and send professional correspondence.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
