Responsibilities
  1. Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the executive.
  2. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  3. Organizing events and conferences.
  4. Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  5. Screening phone calls and dealing with enquiries where appropriate.
  6. Making appointments and planning the executive's diary.
  7. Organizing and attending meetings; sometimes taking minutes and ensuring the executive is well-prepared for meetings.
  8. Replying to emails, faxes, and post.
  9. Assisting with projects the executive might be working on by researching or writing reports.
  10. Organizing and maintaining office systems.
  11. Standing in for the executive in their absence.
