Operations Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supply chain and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, implementing process improvements, and ensuring efficient service delivery. They will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping/airlines, and agents, as well as identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Negotiation skills with customers, shipping/airlines, and agents
  • Proficiency in process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
