The role of an Educational Leader involves overseeing the academic and administrative aspects of a school. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement plans to improve student outcomes and teacher performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Academic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for improving student learning, including setting high standards and monitoring progress towards these goals.
  • Recruit and retain top teaching talent by attracting highly qualified candidates and providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of mutual respect, collaboration, and continuous learning among all members of the school community.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide constructive feedback to teachers to enhance their instructional practices.
  • Organize and manage co-curricular activities, ensuring that they align with the school's mission and values.
  • Attend training sessions and conduct on-the-job training for faculty members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all assessments and evaluations are conducted in a transparent and timely manner.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE COMMUNITY BY PROMOTING EDUCATION FOR ALL CHILDREN AND ENCOURAGING THEM TO JOIN THE SCHOOL.
  • MAINTAIN OPTIMAL STUDENT ENROLMENT THROUGH EFFECTIVE ENROLMENT STRATEGIES.
  • COORDINATE WITH HR TEAM FOR STAFF HIRING, RETENTION, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & OTHER HR RELATED MATTERS.
  • ENSURE SCHOOL DISCIPLINE AND POSITIVE CHARACTER BUILDING OF STUDENTS AND STAFF.
  • MANAGE LEAVES AND ATTENDANCE ENSURING MINIMAL EMPTY CLASSROOM DAYS.
  • SUPERVISE ADMIN ASSISTANT IN ACCOUNTS & OTHER MATTERS.
  • ENSURE ACCURATE MANAGEMENT, DOCUMENTATION, AND UP-TO-DATENESS OF SCHOOL ACCOUNTS.
  • ENSURE MAINTENANCE OF BUILDING AND PREMISES.
  • SUPPLY AND MANAGE UTILITY SERVICES IN A TIMELY MANNER.
  • COORDINATE WITH SUPERVISOR FOR BOARD RELATED MATTERS.
  • ENSURE IMPLEMENTATION OF TCF POLICIES AND SUBMISSION OF REPORTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS.
