Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee all showroom operations, ensuring seamless sales, recovery, service, spare parts, finance, and automobile bookings.

  • Manage showroom standards according to 5S principles daily.
  • Monitor sales executives' daily activities.
  • Assign and track daily sales and recovery targets for sales staff.
  • Verify motorcycle deliveries after checking Hire Purchase files daily according to SOP.
  • Submit collection receipts from outside sales to the showroom accountant as per SOP.
  • Supervise the showroom accountant's activities to ensure timely deposit of collections.
  • Oversee the service and parts departments, addressing customer complaints.
  • Handle registration of hire purchase motorcycles with the excise department and prepare relevant documents.
  • Report showroom activities to the regional office daily.
  • Coordinate automobile booking operations and address related customer complaints in liaison with the regional office.
  • Maintain records of motorcycle sales, after-sales, accounts, and booking data; manage their disposal per SOP.
Performance Metrics

Achieve set targets for sales, service, parts, and recovery within specified periods.

Assist the audit department during surprise audits and meet their requirements.
