Job Title: Sales and Trade Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Trade Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and stay up-to-date with current market trends and customer needs.
  • Strategic Planning and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain close relationships with dealers, sub-traders, and consumers to grow business organically and explore new opportunities.
  • Performance Management and Partnership Building: Manage performance-based partnerships with dealers, execute promotions, and implement trade business-related marketing tools to ensure growth and share retention.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of B2B and distribution systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid sales experience of 4 to 5 years
  • MBA Marketing or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of costing and financial analysis
