Financial Service Professional

This role will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating the mortgage application process, evaluating client financial situations, and providing expert advice on home finance options and financial products.

• Provide administrative support to frontline sales channels for seamless and speedy service for the end-to-end onboarding of mortgage cases to achieve service goals.
• Retain existing customers to increase mortgage book size and enhance revenue.
• Improve overall processing turnaround time and ensure service levels meet set standards at all times.
• Give feedback to product teams and mortgage heads to keep mortgage policies market-competitive based on analysis of customer queries and concerns regarding the product.
• Provide administrative support to business units, including managing paperwork, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure mortgage penetration activities within business units, including RMs calling on assigned leads/presentations where required/stall activities.
• Assist with customer inquiries, respond to emails, and handle phone calls to provide timely and helpful information.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the mortgage application process, ensuring all required documents are obtained and processed efficiently.
• Assist secured sales heads in managing daily operations and workflows within channels.
• Conduct preliminary assessments of loan applications to identify any missing or incomplete information and follow up accordingly.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor and track the progress of mortgage applications of business units, keeping stakeholders informed about the status.
• Assist secured sales heads and arrange training sessions for channels where required.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
