Project Leadership Role

We seek a highly organized and results-driven professional to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Project Scope
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Manage Change and Risk
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain Quality Standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in project management within the software or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SDLC and software development practices.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
  • Understanding of UI/UX workflows and QA processes.

This role requires a strong leader who can drive project success while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
