We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our organizational learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing programs that support employee growth and development.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the implementation of organizational learning programs aligned with company goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training participation and certifications.
  • Preparing training materials, coordinating events, and communicating with employees.
  • Monitoring individual development plans and ensuring compliance with professional standards.
  • Analyzing feedback from training sessions to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Coordinating logistics for internal and external training activities, including seminars and workshops.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function.

Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) tools are essential requirements for this position.

Relevant certifications in CPD, HR, or Learning and Development (e.g., CIPD Level 3, SHRM Essentials, ATD Fundamentals) are highly desirable.
