We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to the success of our business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  2. Developing and implementing content calendars, including creating engaging multimedia content (images, videos, etc.) to captivate our target audience
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new campaigns and promotions, as well as monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
  4. Fostering key relationships with influencers and thought leaders in our industry
  5. Conducting regular research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
  6. Analyzing competitor activity and providing insights to inform strategic decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, including their strengths and weaknesses
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools and analytics software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
