Job Description

Tax Services Professional

This role involves delivering tax services to clients across various industries. It is a key position within the organization, requiring strong technical skills and commercial knowledge.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing client engagements, monitoring progress, and identifying risks. They will also be responsible for leading high-performing teams and coaching junior members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client engagements and monitor progress
  • Identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Lead high-performing teams and coach junior members
  • Assist in generating new business opportunities and building client networks

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, finance, taxation or related fields
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA or ADIT
  • 5+ years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, ideally within a large professional services company
  • Strong commercial and legislative knowledge, with experience in corporate tax, tax compliance, and tax auditing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
