Job Summary

SellAnyBiz.com is a leading platform for buying and selling businesses in Dubai. We are currently seeking an M&A Deal Manager to oversee the management of merger and acquisition transactions, conduct due diligence, coordinate with stakeholders, perform financial analysis, and prepare transaction documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire merger and acquisition process
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential deals
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful transactions
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and analysis
  • Prepare and maintain transaction documentation

Requirements

  • Professional Certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are Highly Valued
