We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Unit Head to join our team at Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd. in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the daily B2B sales efforts, brand communication, and business development for our North Region.

The ideal candidate will have a dynamic leadership style, excellent communication and decision-making skills, and astute business acumen. They will be responsible for implementing sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating with clients, and creating effective sales programs to increase awareness and positive perception of our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Conducting meetings and presentations with clients
  • Negotiating with clients to create proposals and execute agreements
  • Directly coordinating cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives
  • Preparing and implementing sales plans, monthly reports, and annual goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Overall 7+ years of market experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR, Banking, and Software Industry
  • Preference will be given to candidates from HR Consultancy
