Job Title: Senior Software Development Project Manager

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. A proven track record of successfully managing offshore projects is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to keep all parties informed.
  • Foster a deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and apply it to drive project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in software development and project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of SDLC phases and ability to apply it effectively.
  • Strong command of Microsoft technologies, including ASP.NET/VB.NET, XML, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with distributed architecture, SOA, and service-oriented design.
  • Ability to develop project requirements, architecture designs, and interface analysis.
