Process Optimization Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Workflow Automation & System Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing and automating business processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with department leads to understand and refine existing processes.
• Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes.
• Create and manage automation workflows using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of automations per department.
• Provide onboarding support and administrative assistance within the Business Operations team as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• At least one year of hands-on experience with HubSpot backend (automations, object/data management).
• At least one year of hands-on experience with Zapier (creating and refining workflows).
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• A natural ability to learn new tools and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• The capacity to break down complex processes into manageable tasks and communicate them clearly.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities across different teams.

Bonus Points:

If you have experience with Apollo.io or Instantly.ai, a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail when working with data, or a team-first attitude, these skills will be highly valued in your application.

Technical Requirements:

You will need:

• A reliable desktop or laptop with a minimum Ryzen 3 or Core i3 processor and 8GB RAM.
• A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps via LAN.
• A backup internet connection with at least 5 Mbps speed.
• Access to a backup power source or an alternative work location in case of outages.
