Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into Salesforce solutions. This will involve collaborating with developers, administrators, and project managers to ensure efficient Salesforce implementations that align with business goals.

  • Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role. You should also have a strong understanding of CRM processes, data modeling, and reporting.

  • Desirable Skills:

A certification in Salesforce would be an advantage. Additionally, proficiency in creating business documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases) is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are also required.
