Senior Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Specialist to lead our business analysis process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, defining solutions, and ensuring alignment with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure that business requirements align with technical solutions.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
  • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to their professional development.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools.
  • Proven ability to manage and facilitate stakeholder meetings and lead discussions to gather clear and concise business requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring proper documentation and communication across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
