Market Research Analyst Role

We're looking for a skilled Market Research Analyst to join our team. This role involves combining data analysis and client consultation to provide valuable insights that drive business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading a client servicing team to ensure prompt delivery of service, achieving set financial objectives and operational performance indicators.
  2. Managing all stages of a Customized Market Research Project, including:
  • Responding to RFPs/Proposal Design (Objectives, Research design, Sample design, Costing)
  • Project Launch
  • Presentation preparation and sharing insights with clients
  • Account Management
  • Team management
Maintaining accurate, complete, and insightful client business profiles for senior management review.Driving client satisfaction by providing actionable recommendations and value-added analyses during presentations and business reviews.Participating in sales activities, including proposal preparation and delivery.Ensuring revenue generation from the client portfolio and proper contract costing.Identifying and recommending new services that meet clients' business needs.Requirements
  • Postgraduate or MBA from a well-known institute
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics and client servicing roles
  • Strong client focus and proactiveness
  • Knowledge of statistics, multivariate analysis, research techniques, and methodologies
  • Ability to influence, persuade, and communicate effectively
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insightfully
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Maturity and creative problem-solving skills in crisis situations
  • Ability to analyze financial data to meet business targets and identify issues early
