Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a certified professional with a Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales & Marketing to manage key client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, needs, and challenges to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Proactively address problems and deliver solutions to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate data for accuracy and ensure timely submission for client approval.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations and timely invoice submission.
  • Monitor and ensure timely recovery as per credit terms agreed with clients.
  • Manage challenging situations professionally and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
  • Expertise in order management and invoicing processes is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management or Sales & Marketing.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Key Accounts, Customer Services, or a similar role in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and order management systems.
