We're seeking an experience Client Relationship Manager

Job Description:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your goal will be to build long-term relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

  • Develop and execute project management plans to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions

  • Conduct regular client meetings and progress updates

  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, and account management

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the technology industry

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and strategies

  • Familiarity with CRM software
