We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team and serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. This person will manage client communications, understand their needs, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with new leads and existing clients professionally and promptly.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for our technical teams.
  • Negotiate proposals, contracts, and finalize deals with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by providing support and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead-to-client conversion.
  • Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and project progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client handling, business development, or sales (IT/Software industry preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
