About the Job: We are looking for a highly skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Specialist/Expert to oversee the design, execution, and operation & maintenance of MEP systems across corporate offices and data centers. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical knowledge of MEP systems, hands-on experience with their implementation and FM operations with sound understanding of design principles, industry codes, and sustainability guidelines.

The successful candidate will lead the operation and maintenance of all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water management, STP, fire safety system, and BMS of corporate offices by ensuring uninterrupted services and system reliability. They will also monitor facilities management onsite vendor resources to ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance programs.

A key responsibility will be to establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supervise facilities management vendors to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs. Additionally, they will conduct root cause analysis for any failures or inefficiencies in MEP systems and prepare plans for its improvement.

The role requires excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize under pressure, attention to details, team collaboration, and adaptability.

Your Typical Day:
  • Lead the operation and maintenance of all MEP systems, ensuring uninterrupted services and system reliability.
  • Monitor facilities management onsite vendor resources to ensure implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance programs.

What We're Looking For: We require a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
