Sales Expansion Specialist - Lahore Territory

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve annual volume targets as agreed with area managers.
  • Regularly handle distributors and retailers.
  • Meet debtor targets as agreed with area managers every month.
  • Reduce overdue payments by 10% from last year.
  • Monitor and guide sales professionals for complete area coverage and KPI achievement.
  • Agree strategies with area managers to reduce cheque bouncing by 20% from last year.
  • Ensure all customer statements are duly signed every month.
  • Expand connections with dealers and customers to meet targets.
  • Solve market issues amicably under supervision.
  • Provide clarity on discounts to trade teams and customers.
  • Communicate ongoing foreign schemes to customers.
  • Install post machines as agreed with area managers.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate governance and values, HSE policies.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations.
  • Responsible, hardworking individual with strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office advanced features.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institute.
