Email Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Lead to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in email marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS companies.

About the Role:

The Email Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive strategy to support targeted email marketing campaigns. This includes analyzing email performance, providing detailed reports, and optimizing campaigns to increase open rates and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Email Campaign Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy to support targeted email marketing campaigns.
  2. Email Performance Metrics: Conduct regular analysis of email performance and provide detailed reports to track key metrics, including open rates and replies.
  3. Email Optimization: Optimize email campaigns to increase open rates and engagement, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
  4. Cold Email Management: Manage multiple cold email campaigns for clients, tailoring strategies to meet their specific goals and objectives.
  5. Email Copywriting: Craft compelling and personalized copy that grabs the attention of our target audience and drives them to take desired actions.
  6. Innovative Techniques: Continuously research and implement innovative techniques to improve cold email effectiveness and maximize response rates.
  7. Prospect Research: Source relevant information and contact details using tools like Apollo to enhance prospect research and personalized outreach efforts.
  8. Client Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and results.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Email Marketing Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS companies.
  3. Email Automation: Expertise in A/B testing, email automation, tracking, and best practices.
  4. Email Deliverability: Strong skills in email deliverability and spamming issues (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, MX).
  5. Copywriting Skills: Strong proficiency in email copywriting, including crafting attention-grabbing hooks, compelling email openers, and impactful subject lines.
  6. Multitasking: Experience managing multiple cold email campaigns and optimizing open rates and replies.
  7. Research Tools: Sourcing information using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or Apollo.io to enhance prospect research and outreach efforts.
  8. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Independent Work: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines and goals.
