As a senior full stack software engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team and contribute their expertise in architecting systems, mentoring others, and solving real-world problems with code.

Key responsibilities will include developing high-performance web/mobile applications with seamless user experiences, crafting RESTful APIs, microservices, and efficient databases, as well as driving decisions with product, design, and engineering teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable web and mobile applications
  • Develop robust APIs and database solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project decisions
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
  • Automate deployment processes and leverage cloud technologies
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to maintain a cutting-edge tech stack

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development

Technical Skills:

  • Core: PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Python (Django/Flask)
  • Security: JWT, OAuth, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Bonus: Redis, microservices, or cloud computing (Azure)

Culture Fit:

  • A problem-solver who excels in team-based environments
  • Excellent communication skills (English fluency a plus)
  • Ability to adapt to non-traditional work schedules (e.g., night shifts)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with GraphQL, automated testing (Jest/PyTest)
  • Agile/Scrum methodology (Jira/Trello)
  • Open-source contributions or UI/UX passion projects
