We're seeking a Scrum Master with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our agile team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to deepen their understanding of Scrum, coach a dedicated team, and contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment. In this role, you'll be instrumental in guiding our development team through the Scrum framework, helping them deliver high-quality products efficiently. You'll work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and the development team to foster continuous improvement and remove impediments.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach the development team on Scrum principles and best practices, promoting self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Help the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and concise product backlog.
  • Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, helping the team inspect and adapt their processes.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other relevant metrics.
  • Help team in estimating the product backlog items for timely estimation of user stories
  • Tracking of team performance.
  • Champion agile values and principles throughout the organization.
  • Should be able to switch between different frameworks and methodologies as needed.
  • Ability to manage Scrum across multiple teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
  • Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A servant-leader mindset with a passion for helping teams succeed.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and navigate challenging situations constructively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage Scrum across multiple teams.
