This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dynamic sales team and make an impact by reaching out to prospective clients and generating new business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to drive business growth. This role requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual with a solid understanding of lead generation methods, strong presentation skills, and the ability to persistently pursue targets.
We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive Telesales Specialist to work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
About the Role:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels (email campaigns, social media, cold calling, networking events, etc.).
- Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to track and manage leads effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential leads via email, phone, or social media to introduce company products/services.
- Conduct presentations or product demos to showcase value propositions to prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation (entry-level candidates with relevant internships or coursework will also be considered).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of lead generation methods and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, CRM software).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of persistence and resilience in pursuing leads.
